Decision to Defer Designation as Unfaithful Disclosure Corporation (6-month conditional, 3.0 penalty points deferred)

The KOSDAQ Market Division deferred the designation of INITECH as an unfaithful disclosure corporation for the late disclosure of a single sales/supply contract.
Deferral condition: If no new designation notice is issued within 6 months, the current violation (3.0 penalty points) will be exempted from designation and penalty.
If a new designation notice occurs within 6 months, the deferred case will be included in the designation and penalty imposition.
