Partial Withdrawal of Management Dispute Lawsuit…Only Cumulative Voting and Stock Split Issues Remain

Young Poong and Korea Investment Holdings partially withdrew claims in the lawsuit to cancel resolutions from the 2025 extraordinary general meeting of Korea Zinc, filing a corrected disclosure (correction date: 2026-04-28).
Of the seven original agenda items, five (including director cap, outside chair, record date change, quarterly dividend) were withdrawn; only cumulative voting (Item 1-1) and stock split (Item 1-4) remain as subjects of the lawsuit.
The case is pending at Seoul Central District Court (2025Gahap9085); Korea Zinc will respond according to legal procedures.
The reduced scope of litigation partially alleviates uncertainty in the management dispute, but risks remain for the remaining agenda items.
