- The 12489th issue is linked to the KOSPI200 index, with a total offering of KRW 99.3 billion, maturity on May 15, 2029 (3 years), monthly coupon of 5.10% per annum (pre-tax), early redemption condition at 90% or above of the initial strike price, and principal protection of 100% at maturity.
- The 12490th issue is linked to Samsung Electronics common stock, with a total offering of KRW 149.25 billion, maturity on November 15, 2027 (1.5 years), monthly coupon of 4.86% per annum (pre-tax), early redemption condition at 100% or above of the initial strike price, and principal protection of 100% at maturity.
- The 12491st issue is linked to SK Hynix common stock, with a total offering of KRW 149.25 billion, maturity on November 15, 2027 (1.5 years), monthly coupon of 5.34% per annum (pre-tax), early redemption condition at 100% or above of the initial strike price, and principal protection of 100% at maturity.
- All three issues are unlisted, not protected by the Deposit Insurance Act, and the issuer's credit rating is AA- (Korea Ratings, Korean Investors Service).
- During the shelf registration period (2025.05.15~2026.05.14), the actual issuance amount is KRW 2.8317 trillion against the planned KRW 9 trillion, with a remaining balance of KRW 554.4 billion.
- If total subscription amount is less than KRW 300 million, the issuance may be cancelled, and early redemption may result in principal loss.
