The stake of reporter Artist and its special relations in Fantagio decreased from 58.16% to 42.20%, a drop of 15.96 percentage points
The change is due to an upward adjustment of the conversion price of convertible bonds (from 1,630 won to 2,373 won to 2,312 won), reducing the number of shares issuable upon conversion
