BUMYANG CONSTRUCTION faces continued delisting risk due to audit opinion disclaimers

Korea Exchange granted BUMYANG CONSTRUCTION an improvement period until August 20, 2026, after a combined review of delisting causes from audit opinion disclaimers for fiscal years 2024 and 2025.
The company's shares remain suspended from trading under Article 153 of the KOSPI Market Listing Regulations.
With two consecutive years of audit opinion disclaimers, the delisting risk is high, requiring substantial improvement within the period.
