SK Innovation corrects the debt guarantee amount for affiliate BlueOval SK, LLC under the DOE Loan from 6.89 trillion won to 6.12 trillion won (decrease)
Due to completion of governance restructuring, the loan principal limit is reduced from $9.633 billion to $4.276 billion
Total debt guarantee balance decreases to 11.24 trillion won from 12.19 trillion won previously
Additionally, a 178.9 billion won guarantee for BlueOval SK, Inc. (Forgivable Loan) is deleted
Joint guarantee with SK On is planned
