Kyobo Securities Issues 200 Billion Won Equity-Linked Bonds

Kyobo Securities issues total 200 billion won worth of equity-linked bonds (ELB), consisting of 10 billion won for series 50233 and 10 billion won for series 50234.
The underlying asset is the KOSPI200 index, with a maturity date of May 31, 2029.
Series 50233 guarantees at least 103% of principal at maturity, while series 50234 guarantees at least 100.5%, making them principal-protected structures.
The issuer's credit rating is AA- (from Korea Investors Service and Korea Ratings).
Proceeds will be used for hedging transactions and investments in financial products.
