Kyobo Securities Issues KRW 10bn Principal-Protected ELB Linked to KOSPI200

Kyobo Securities issued the 12506th Equity-Linked Bond (ELB) worth KRW 10 billion (1,000,000 securities, face/issue price KRW 10,000 per security).
Underlying asset: KOSPI200 index, maturity: May 31, 2029, unlisted, principal-protected low-risk (Grade 5).
Monthly coupon: If the closing price on evaluation date is at least 70% of the initial price, pays 0.61% per month (7.32% p.a.), up to 36 times.
Automatic early redemption: Evaluated every 3 months, if the underlying is at least 85% of initial price, redeemed at 100% principal (11 times).
Maturity redemption: Regardless of whether the underlying is at least 85% or below, pays 100% principal (principal-protected).
Subscription period: May 29, 2026, payment same day, limited to IBK Industrial Bank trust customers.
Issuer credit rating: AA- (Korea Ratings, NICE Investors Service, June 2025).
Proceeds to be used for hedging underlying assets, etc.
