SOQRI Converts 2.1B Won of Humax Holdings CBs into 244,584 Shares, Stake Rises to 13.25%

SOQRI converted KRW 2.1 billion face value of Humax Holdings' 10th unsecured private convertible bonds into 244,584 common shares.
Conversion price is KRW 8,586 per share, a premium to current market price of KRW 7,790.
Combined stake (shares+CBs) increased to 13.25% from 8.87%, partly due to 5:1 stock split in April 2026 reducing total shares.
Purpose is simple investment, not management influence.
