Underlying asset is Samsung Electronics common stock; maturity 365 days, unlisted; if the final price is 500% or less of the initial price, annual return 3.20%, otherwise 3.19%.
Proceeds will be used for hedging and financial investment.
Issuance may be canceled if total subscriptions are less than 1 billion KRW.
