Kiwoom Securities Files Registration for 39.8 Billion Won in Equity-Linked Bonds (ELB)
- On May 21, 2026, Kiwoom Securities filed a supplementary shelf registration with the Financial Services Commission for a public offering of four series (1185-1188) of Equity-Linked Bonds (ELB) totaling 39.8 billion won (9.95 billion won per series).
- Series 1185 (linked to Hyundai Motor) and 1186 (linked to POSCO Holdings) are principal-protected ELBs that are automatically called if the underlying closes at or above 70% (1185) or 75% (1186) of the initial strike price, with annual yields of 5.30% and 5.00%, respectively.
