Denial of largest shareholder stake sale rumor; advisor contract ended, no active sale

The largest shareholder, Harmonia 1 Limited, had selected Citi Global Markets Securities as M&A advisor and reviewed various strategic options including a stake sale, but the advisor contract has ended and currently not pursuing a sale.
Will continue to review various strategic options through shareholder consultations in the future.
