Call for Extraordinary General Meeting and Proposal to Appoint One Inside Director

An extraordinary general meeting will be held on July 8, 2026 at 09:00 in the Grand Hall on the 2nd floor of KIA headquarters in Seocho-gu, Seoul, with the record date for voting rights set as June 5, 2026.
The agenda is the appointment of one inside director (Song Min-soo), who is to be newly appointed.
Song Min-soo (born 1966) currently serves as Head of Domestic Production and Chief Safety Officer (CSO) at KIA, with a term of one year.
