SMEC's Choi Young-seop changes stock pledge agreements; pledged shares ratio rises from 9.60% to 9.84%

No change in the total stake of reporter Choi Young-seop (including special relations) in SMEC at 12.71%.
Shares under major contracts (pledge agreements) increased by 162,180 shares from 6,551,753 (9.60%) to 6,713,933 (9.84%).
New pledge contract: Choi Young-seop entered into a pledge agreement with Shinhan Investment Corp. for 2,427,185 shares (3.56%) (loan amount KRW 4.99 billion, interest 6.10%, maintenance ratio 170%).
Existing pledge contracts maintained: Korea Securities Finance (2,200,000 shares), Daea Investment (1,952,278 shares), and special relation Kwon Oh-hyuk (134,470 shares).
Total pledged shares amount to 6,713,933 (9.84%) relative to total outstanding shares of 68,243,394.
