Disposal price: KRW 119,100 per share; total proceeds approximately KRW 130 billion.
Entered into a Price Return Swap (PRS) contract with the buyer (SPC): underlying shares 1,091,519, reference price KRW 119,100, term 1 year, cash settlement for price difference.
