Yuanta Securities Decides to Issue 9 ELS Products Worth KRW 45 Billion

Yuanta Securities is publicly offering 9 types of ELS (Equity-Linked Securities) totaling KRW 45 billion (KRW 5 billion each).
The subscription period is from May 21 to May 28, 2026 (until 16:00), with payment and issuance date on May 29.
Underlying assets include KOSPI200, Samsung Electronics, SK Hynix, Tesla, NVIDIA, Palantir, Micron Technology, and Alphabet, among domestic and international indices and individual stocks.
All products are principal-protected high-difficulty financial investment products (Grade 1, very high risk) and are not covered by depositor protection.
The issuer's (Yuanta Securities) credit rating is AA- (Korea Ratings, NICE Investors Service), and the raised funds will be used for hedging and financial investment.
Products feature Step Down and monthly coupon payment structures with automatic early redemption conditions.
