NH Investment & Securities issues KRW 5 billion ELB Series 2807 (10,000 won face value per bond; 50,000 bonds issued).
Underlying assets are Samsung Electronics common stock and SK Hynix common stock. Monthly coupon payments (up to 10.110% p.a.) conditional on both stocks closing above 75% of initial price on each monthly evaluation date.
Auto early redemption: If both stocks close above 80% of initial price on any evaluation date (up to 5 dates), principal is redeemed. At maturity, if both are above 80% of initial price, principal is returned; if either is below 80%, full principal is paid (no principal loss).
Issuer credit rating AA+ (Korea Ratings, Mar 25, 2026). The bonds are unlisted. Early redemption available at 95%+ of fair value (90%+ within first 6 months).
Proceeds will be used for hedging and investment in high-grade bonds.
