Major Shareholder Jeong Woo-cheol Extends Share Pledge Contract with Shinhan Investment by 180 Days

This is a change in the share pledge contract of major shareholder Woo-cheol Jeong, with no change in ownership stake (33.04%) or number of shares held (4,192,716).
The pledge contract with Shinhan Investment (591,716 shares, loan of KRW 4.999 billion, interest rate 5.7%, maintenance ratio 170%) has been extended by 180 days to November 9, 2026.
The pledge contract with KB Securities (140,687 shares, loan of KRW 1 billion, interest rate 7.0%, maintenance ratio 140%) remains unchanged, maturing on October 14, 2026.
Total pledged shares remain 732,403 (5.77%), unchanged from the previous report.
