Disclosure of Largest Shareholder Stake Change with 0.45% Decrease and New Pledge

The combined stake of largest shareholder Koo Bon-sang and specially related parties decreased by 0.45% to 32.59% (decrease of 122,949 shares).
The decrease resulted from the exercise of exchange rights on private exchangeable bonds issued by specially related party Shinsung Total (exercise price: KRW 61,000); 122,949 out of 300,000 underlying shares were exchanged.
Shinsung Total entered into new pledge agreements with Kookmin Bank on May 19, 2026, pledging 1,041,450 shares and 601,726 shares respectively.
Total shares under major contracts amount to 3,167,377 shares (11.52% ownership), including existing pledges and deposit agreements.
