Spigen Korea disposed of 39,672 treasury shares (shy of the planned 40,000) to the employee stock ownership association on May 15, 2026, at 28,450 KRW per share (closing price on disposal date), receiving a total of 1,128,668,400 KRW
After the disposal, Spigen Korea's treasury shares decreased to 395,669 shares (6.36% of total outstanding shares of 6,216,363)
The disposal aims to enhance employee welfare and encourage long-term service through the employee stock ownership association
