RNT-X completed a third-party allotment rights offering of 584,795 shares (issue price 1,710 won, total 999,999,450 won) to CVNT Co., Ltd.
The issue price of 1,710 won represents a premium of approximately 26.6% compared to the current market price of 2,330 won at the time of disclosure.
All proceeds (approx. 1 billion won) will be used for operating funds.
Total outstanding shares increase from 33,622,267 to 34,207,062, diluting existing shareholders' stake by approximately 1.7%.
The largest shareholder, RN2 Technology Co., Ltd., saw its stake slightly decrease from 23.99% to 23.58% post-offering.
