Decision to Dispose of 18,459 Treasury Shares (KRW 258M) for RSU Grant

Genomictree decided to dispose of 18,459 treasury shares at 14,010 won per share (total KRW 258,610,590) to grant RSUs to 66 employees.
The disposed shares represent less than 0.1% of total outstanding shares, resulting in minimal dilution.
The RSUs vest upon 'passing post-market stability and efficacy evaluation' and will be transferred from the treasury account to grantees' securities accounts via over-the-counter method.
