EGM: Approve Compensation Rules and Treasury Share Plan (413K Shares)

WaveElectronics convenes an EGM on June 5, 2026, to approve the establishment of executive compensation regulations and the holding/disposal plan for 413,478 treasury shares (2.87% of outstanding).
