Change of Largest Shareholder Due to Margin Call, Stake Drops from 10.71% to 7.13%

Due to a margin call (forced sale under a stock pledge agreement), the largest shareholder changed from Daekwang (10.71% stake) to Lee Jae-shin (7.13% stake).
Lee Jae-shin is the former largest shareholder and CEO of Mobile Appliance, holding 2,324,140 shares (7.13%) as of the change date (2026-05-15).
The previous largest shareholder, Daekwang, saw its holdings drop from 3,486,210 shares (10.71%) to 898,000 shares (2.76%).
