ITM Semiconductor decided to extend a debt guarantee for its subsidiary ITM Semiconductor Vietnam for a bank loan of KRW 10.5 billion (USD 7M), with a guarantee amount of KRW 12.6 billion (USD 8.4M) (13.32% of equity, period 2026-05-20 to 2027-05-20).
This is an extension of a previously disclosed guarantee; total guarantee balance of ITM Semiconductor is KRW 80.6 billion (7 facilities for the subsidiary across multiple banks).
The subsidiary reported 2025 revenue of KRW 174 billion, net loss of KRW 85.7 billion, with equity of KRW 46.5 billion and liabilities of KRW 307.2 billion, indicating weak financial health.
