Slight Downward Adjustment of 8th Series Warrant Exercise Price (1,759→1,751 KRW)

Due to a paid-in capital increase (third-party allocation) below market price, the exercise price of the 8th series bonds with warrants was adjusted downward by 8 KRW from 1,759 to 1,751 KRW.
The adjustment date is 2026-05-17, and as a result, the number of exercisable shares increased from 2,387,720 to 2,398,629.
