Decision to Provide Approximately 9 Billion Won Loan to Subsidiary for Game Business Investment

NEORIGIN decided to provide a loan of approximately 9 billion won (USD 6 million, 17.49% of equity) to its subsidiary NEOERIGIN PTE.LTD. Interest rate 6.65% per annum, loan period from May 22, 2026 to May 21, 2028.
The purpose of the loan is to fund game business investment.
The counterparty, NEOERIGIN PTE.LTD, is a Singapore-based game development and operation company, wholly owned by NEORIGIN.
Financial status of counterparty (fiscal year ending August 2025): total assets 3,616 million won, total liabilities 3,845 million won, total equity 229 million won, sales 5,489 million won, net profit 603 million won.
