Major shareholder's stake decreases by 1,900 shares due to executive retirement

Total shares held by the major shareholder group decreased by 1,900 shares to 20,765,105 shares (25.34%) compared to the previous report (report date 2026-05-18).
The decrease was entirely due to executive Lee Woo-young retiring on 2026-05-13 and disposing of his entire 1,900 shares.
Major shareholder Bang Jun-hyuk holds 20,729,472 shares (25.30%), and other executives' minor holdings remained unchanged.
