Cancellation of Treasury Shares Worth 91 Billion Won (Reflecting Stock Consolidation)

Decision to cancel 228,215 treasury shares (cancellation amount approx. 9.12 billion won, based on closing price of 39,950 won per share). This is a correction reflecting the 10:1 stock consolidation of the original cancellation of 2,282,152 shares.
Cancellation date: May 29, 2026. The shares were acquired within distributable profits, so capital will not decrease.
Fractional shares from the consolidation will also be cancelled simultaneously.
