Issuance of 13 ELS/DLS Series Worth 16.4 Billion Won… All Series Partially Subscribed

On May 18, 2026, Shinyoung Securities issued a total of 13 series (No. 831~843) of derivative-linked securities (ELS/DLS) worth 16.4 billion won (including 4 USD-denominated series).
All series saw subscription amounts fall short of the offering amount, resulting in partial payment closure with full allocation of subscribed amounts.
The raised funds will be used for hedging transactions and securities trading.
Total issuance expenses were approximately 820,000 won (0.005% of total issuance), negligible.
Each series features mixed structures: early redemption conditions (85~100%), coupon payment conditions (underlying asset ≥75%), and maturity principal protection or high-yield types.
