Issuance of 3 series of ELS totaling KRW 534.2 million, partially paid due to undersubscription

Shinyoung Securities issued 3 series (12705 to 12707) of equity-linked securities (ELS) with total issuance amount of KRW 534.2 million.
All series were undersubscribed, resulting in partial payment and full allocation of subscribed amounts.
Proceeds will be entirely used for hedging transactions.
The securities are not listed and mature on May 15, 2029.
Potential principal loss exists depending on auto-call and maturity conditions.
