The company decided to guarantee up to USD 22.8 million (120% of USD 19 million) for subsidiary MEDSYSTEMS COMERCIO's borrowing from Banco Citibank S.A.

Existing guarantees to subsidiaries: CLASSYS JAPAN KRW 565 million, MEDSYSTEMS CO S.A.S. KRW 1.79 billion, Enson KRW 130 million, totaling approx. KRW 36.5 billion
