Daishin Securities issued the 1089th equity-linked security (low risk) based on S&P500, total issue amount 9,984,006,000 won, issue price 9,990 won per security, maturity 184 days, non-listed.
Redemption conditions: if underlying asset at maturity is at least 500% of initial, annual return 3.110%; otherwise 3.100%, guaranteeing at least principal.
Proceeds will be used for hedging purposes, including purchase of similar ELWs or trading in underlying assets and derivatives.
Issuance cost is 499,200 won (0.005% of total), with no underwriting fees or guarantee fees.
