PeopleBio Approves Charter Amendment and Adds 15 New Business Purposes at EGM

The agenda items including approval of financial statements and partial amendment of articles of incorporation were passed with 99.9% approval and 40.7% attendance.
The election of two inside directors (Kang Seong-min re-elected, Jeon Yong-beom new) and three non-executive directors (Yoo Se-kwon, Yoo Se-young, Park Tae-ho new) was passed with 99.6~99.9% approval.
The director remuneration limit was passed with 94% approval but low attendance of 27.5%; auditor remuneration limit passed with 96.6% approval and 39.3% attendance.
Through amendment of business purpose, 15 new businesses were added including data center, AI, cloud, and real estate development, aiming to enter new businesses.
