Shinyoung Securities Issues KRW 270.9bn in High-Risk ELS

Shinyoung Securities has filed a shelf registration statement for 15 series of equity-linked securities (ELS).
Total offering amount is KRW 270,868,760,000 (approximately KRW 270.9 billion).
All securities are non-principal-guaranteed and classified as 'high risk' or 'very high risk'.
Underlying assets include KOSPI200, S&P500, EuroStoxx50, and NIKKEI225 indices.
Issuer credit rating: AA- (KIS and NICE, May 2025).
Proceeds will be used for hedging activities.
