Decision to Appoint Audit Committee Members During Rehabilitation

Seoul Rehabilitation Court appointed three audit committee members (Park Geun-su, Park Jin-won, Yoon Seong-yong) for Dongsung Pharmaceutical.
The term of the audit committee members is until May 6, 2027, with no compensation.
This follows the amendment of articles of incorporation to establish an audit committee instead of an auditor.
