Major Shareholder Reports Large Shareholding: Acquisition of Put Option Rights on Convertible Bonds and Pledge of Treasury Shares

Reporting person is the largest shareholder Choi Kwang-soo, who acquired put option rights on the 5th and 6th series private convertible bonds (CBs) and provided collateral.
For the 5th CB (250 billion won), the company's put option rights of 125 billion won were partially sold to the largest shareholder (74 billion won, conversion price 14,213 won, 520,650 shares).
For the 6th CB (187.5 billion won), the company's put option rights of 187.5 billion won were partially sold to the largest shareholder (100 billion won, conversion price 44,929 won, 222,573 shares).
The company pledged 800,000 treasury shares as collateral for the 5th CB to creditors including Sangsangin Savings Bank.
Total outstanding shares increased from 47,186,524 to 50,814,305 due to CB conversions.
The largest shareholder will pay the option acquisition cost in installments using his own funds.
There are 193 shares not yet transferred due to merger-related share buyback requests.
