The company decided to guarantee up to US$24,000,000 (approx. KRW 34.819B) for subsidiary The Special Metals' import L/C facility with Shinhan Bank.

Guarantee period: May 8, 2026 – May 7, 2027 (1 year).
Total outstanding guarantees: KRW 42,753,674,527 (including another subsidiary Sphere Nickel Cobalt Pte. Ltd.).
Subsidiary The Special Metals' 2025 financials: total assets KRW 9.812B, total equity KRW 2.281B, sales KRW 15.644B, net income KRW 0.670B (unqualified audit opinion).
This is a guarantee for an L/C facility limit, not actual borrowings; guarantee ratio is 120% of the limit.
