Samsung Card Issues KRW 150 Billion AA+ Rated Unsecured Green Bonds

Samsung Card is issuing unsecured green bonds in 4 tranches (Nos. 2866-2869) totaling KRW 150 billion.
All proceeds (KRW 150 billion) will be used for eco-friendly vehicle financing (operating funds).
The bonds are rated AA+ (stable) by Korea Ratings and NICE Ratings.
Interest rates range from 3.341% to 4.118% per annum, with maturities from 2027 to 2031; listing is planned.
