Kyobo Securities Issued 2 ELS Series, One with Zero Subscription

Kyobo Securities issued two equity-linked derivative securities (ELS) on May 8, 2026: Series 13575 (Samsung Electronics) and Series 13576 (SK Hynix).
Series 13575 (Samsung Electronics) raised zero won out of the target 4.965 billion won, resulting in no issuance.
Series 13576 (SK Hynix) raised only 228.39 million won (approximately 4.6%) out of 4.965 billion won, with issuance proceeding via partial payment.
Both products pay only 90% of principal if the underlying asset's final price is below 75% of the initial, with auto-call triggers at or above 90% of initial at each observation date.
Although the terms allow cancellation if total subscription is below 500 million won, Series 13576 was issued without cancellation.
The raised funds are used for hedging through derivatives and stock trading related to the underlying assets.
