UID completes small amount rights offering, raises 990 million won for working capital

Issuance of 897,552 common shares at 1,103 won per share, raising a total of 989,999,856 won.
All shares allocated to two investors via third-party allocation.
Proceeds to be used for working capital including labor costs and raw material purchases.
Total outstanding shares increase from 14,191,091 to 15,088,643 after the offering.
Largest shareholder Park Jong-soo's stake slightly diluted from 31.89% to 29.99%.
New shares expected to be listed on 2026.05.20.
