Long-term crude oil transportation contract signed with SK Energy for 10 VLCCs

Contract parties: SK Energy and SK Incheon Petrochem. Contract for crude oil maritime transportation using 10 Very Large Crude Carriers (VLCCs).
Contract period: May 29, 2026 to April 28, 2030 (approximately 4 years).
Contract value: Not yet fixed, but expected to be at least 2.5% of the company's recent consolidated sales (KRW 5.43 trillion).
This contract is linked to the acquisition of 10 vessels announced on Feb 11, 2026. Allocation of consideration is under negotiation; corrected disclosure will follow when amount is determined.
