Daishin Securities reported to FSS the issuance results of its 1081st (184-day, 3.10% p.a.) and 1082nd (365-day, 3.20% p.a.) equity-linked derivative bonds
1081st: subscribed 15.07 billion won (50.3% of planned 29.97 billion won), fully allocated
1082nd: subscribed 8.24 billion won (27.5% of planned 29.94 billion won), fully allocated
Both issues are based on Samsung Electronics common stock, unlisted, cash settlement at maturity
Proceeds will be used for hedging (derivatives trading); issuance costs approx. 750,000 won and 410,000 won respectively
