Samsung Securities issued ELS (Series 30951) linked to KOSPI200, EUROSTOXX50, and S&P500, with total face value of KRW 5.53 billion, issue price of KRW 558,600, and 9,900 units.
Auto-call condition: If all underlying assets are above the strike price (85% to 70% of initial price) on each of 5 semi-annual evaluation dates, early redemption with 6% annualized return, up to 30% total return.
Maturity redemption: If all underlying assets are at or above 55% of initial price, 36% return; otherwise, principal loss may occur based on worst-performing asset.
Raised funds will be used for hedging purposes in underlying assets and derivatives.
