Puren Technology passes name change and AI/robot business addition at EGM; director remuneration limit rejected

At the EGM, the amendment to change the company name to 'Puren Bobotics Co., Ltd.' passed with 99.7% approval.
New business purposes added: AI system R&D and robot system integration services; 'intelligent robot manufacturing and sales' revised to include development.
Re-election of inside directors Ham Hyun-chul and Choi Young-chan, new appointment of outside director Son Hee-sik, and re-election of auditor Ahn Chun-sang all passed (approval rate ~99%).
Other charter amendments including change in total authorized shares also passed.
However, the director remuneration limit proposal failed due to lack of quorum.
