Seasoned Equity Offering Achieves Massive Oversubscription

COSMO ROBOTICS conducted a rights offering of 4.17 million new shares with three underwriters: Eugene Investment & Securities, NH Investment & Securities, and Yuanta Securities.
Oversubscription ratios: Eugene ~3,027:1, NH ~828:1, Yuanta ~701:1.
Total subscriptions: Eugene 88,793 accounts, NH 323,749 accounts, Yuanta 49,222 accounts; total shares subscribed approximately 1.75 billion.
Allocation: 50% equal, 50% proportional. Eugene and NH each allocated 417,000 shares; Yuanta allocated 208,500 shares.
Major shareholder dilution: largest shareholder Cosmo & Company from 21.04% to 18.23%, Heo Kyung-soo from 6.35% to 5.50%, Oh Ju-young from 11.82% to 10.24%, etc.
Proceeds to be used for working capital.
New shares listing date: May 11, 2026.
