- NH Investment & Securities raised KRW 1,572,900,000 through issuance of 'N2 Retirement Pension ELS No.40' (100,000 units at KRW 15,729 per unit)
- Autocall conditions: 1st-3rd autocall: each underlying ≥75% of initial price; 4th-5th autocall: ≥70%; coupon rate 7.2% per semiannual period (14.4% p.a. before tax)
- Maturity redemption: if all underlyings ≥60% of initial or no underlying fell below 35% during investment period, pay 143.2% of principal; if any fell below 35%, pay 60% (principal loss of 40%)
- Proceeds will be used for hedging (trading futures and options on underlying assets)
- Issuance expenses: KRW 78,640 in issuance fees
