Resolution of 5.5 billion won debt guarantee for subsidiary Humax

The debt guarantee of 5.5 billion won for subsidiary Humax to OK Capital was terminated and resolved on April 29, 2026 due to repayment of the guaranteed debt, reducing the guarantee amount to zero.
This guarantee was a change in creditor from NH Investment & Securities to OK Capital, not a new guarantee, and expired with the end of the guarantee period.
As of the disclosure date, the company's total outstanding debt guarantees amount to 5,511,700,000 won (5.5 billion won for the existing agreement with Humax and 11.7 million won for a corporate card guarantee for Nubix).
