Issuance of 5 Billion KRW Principal-Protected ELB with 7.62% Annual Coupon

Kiwoom Securities decides to issue the 1181st series of equity-linked securities (ELB), worth 5 billion KRW (Grade 5, low risk / principal-protected ELB)
Underlying asset is KOSPI200 index; issue price per security is 10,000 KRW, total 500,000 securities
Monthly coupon condition: if index closes at or above 80% of initial price on each monthly evaluation date, pay 0.635% per month (7.62% p.a.) for up to 36 months
Automatic early redemption: if index is at or above 90% of initial price on any of 11 early redemption dates, redeem at 100% of principal
Maturity redemption: regardless of index level (above or below 90% of initial), principal is fully protected (principal-protected type)
Issuer credit rating: AA (by Korea Ratings, NICE, KIS, as of March 2026)
Subscription period: May 8, 2026; payment and issuance date same; maturity May 10, 2029
Proceeds will be used for hedging transactions on the underlying asset
