11.563 Billion KRW Internal Related Party Transaction (Subscription Fee Settlement)

SK Innovation entered into an internal transaction with its subsidiary SK Energy to settle subscription fees for external information publications amounting to KRW 11,563 million (approx. USD 7,797 thousand).
The transaction period is from May 4, 2026 to March 31, 2029, and was approved by the board of directors with all six outside directors present.
